historic charm with modern comfort
attentive staff rooftop bar
the hotel has a superb, attentive staff. we had a premium grand room with great facilities. the rooftop bar is a must. it is located in the heart of the city.
the 'king' bed was two smaller beds pushed together. they kept sliding apart during the night. this was hardly ideal.

the breakfast variety is amazing!!! it includes oat milk and fruits for vegan options. i enjoyed snacks and wine at the late afternoon lobby bar. the staff is very well-trained in hospitality and is the perfect balance of service and personality.

uncomfortable bed restrictive benefit
the hotel was clean. the staff is friendly and courteous. i especially appreciated the roof top bar. it is located in the heart of the city..
the 'king' bed turned out to be two smaller beds pushed together, and they kept sliding apart throughout the night. the american express fine hotels & resorts benefit was misleadingly restrictive. it could only be used at the breakfast buffet.

cute staff delicious food prime location special vibe
I found the staff very cute and helpful. They assisted with every request I had. Breakfast offered many choices with delicious food. The location was prime but the street was still quiet. The hotel's atmosphere, from the lobby to the room, created a special vibe.
The room was very clean though it was slightly small.

The lobby presented a luxurious space with a marble top bar. It also offered a plush lounge that included cocktail tables and couches. A rooftop bar provided unique views.

the location was excellent. it was an easy walk to the train station. the staff was friendly to me. breakfasts were good with a lot of options.
the room was not big enough. the furniture did not appear luxurious. temperature control was difficult.
